Rare spawns
Britannia has rare creatures and events that reward exploration. The wiki does not publish spawn coordinates or exact appearance times; use the active world and public rumors as guidance.
Rare Phoenix
A rare Phoenix can appear every hour in one of Britannia's cemeteries. It is a special creature and cannot be tamed.
The spawn avoids areas actively protected by guards. See Cities and guards for confirmed Felucca exceptions.
Carving its untouched corpse can award Fire Feathers. The bonus depends on Forensic Evaluation; a higher effective skill increases the chance of receiving a bonus over the normal yield.
Rare Britannia
The world maintains one active wild Rare Britannia mount at a time in an accessible area of pre-T2A Felucca wilderness. It appears with one of the available families and color variations and requires 90.0 Animal Taming to tame.
When it is tamed or dies, replacement starts without a scheduled wait, as soon as a valid location is available for the new mount. There is no 12-hour wait.
The 12 hours are the maximum time a mount remains wild: if nobody tames or kills it within that time, it disappears and replacement begins. This is not an interval between spawns and does not apply to an already tamed mount.
Nochyer, the Darkness Beneath
Nochyer may emerge northeast of Yew after long intervals. Black Moon marks an area before striking, and the encounter holds an interaction for players to discover. Nochyer is always at least Legendary.
Defeating him may grant Heart of the Black Moon, Black Moon Aegis, three Tomes of Expertise, one Scroll of Knowledge, an additional Loot Pack roll, and a lore book with a 10% drop chance.
Odran, the Red Verdict
Odran may emerge in Wrong's deepest corridors with Seris and four daemonic witnesses. The ground is marked for one second before Sentence of Silence; Verdict repeats every 20 to 25 seconds. After five seconds in Paralyze, Odran teleports out of the field.
Defeating him releases a tamable Ruby Mustang protected from wild creatures for 60 seconds and may award The Condemned Heart, extra PvM rewards, his lore book, and The Ruby Judgment scythe.
Fixed events
The fixed events are separate from Rare Britannia: the Rare Rideable Llama requires 60.0 Animal Taming, while Desert Ostard, Forest Ostard, and Frenzied Ostard require 70.0. They appear at fixed world locations; finding them remains part of exploration, without publishing coordinates.
For the leads shared by Town Criers, see Whispers of Britannia.
Respawn times
| Event | Interval | How to read it |
|---|---|---|
| Rare Phoenix | 1 hour | New attempt in the event cycle, subject to occupancy and a valid location. |
| Rare Rideable Llama | 1 hour | New attempt in the event cycle, subject to occupancy and a valid location. |
| Rare Desert Ostard | 2 hours | Independent cycle; an existing wild mount can prevent a new spawn. |
| Rare Forest Ostard | 3 hours | Independent cycle; an existing wild mount can prevent a new spawn. |
| Rare Zostrich Ostard | 5 hours | Independent cycle; an existing wild mount can prevent a new spawn. |
| Nochyer | 3–6 days after death | A random interval is selected after the boss dies. |
| Odran | 3–6 days after death | A random interval is selected after the boss dies. |
| Rare Britannia | Always one available | The world maintains one active wild mount. When the slot is freed, replacement begins as soon as a valid location is available. |
Hourly cycles are not countdowns restarted by each kill. A cycle can pass without a new creature appearing; these intervals do not guarantee an exact arrival time.
