Death and recovery

When you die, choose how to return to Nujelm Safe Haven:

  1. Resurrect immediately in Nujelm; remaining items stay on the corpse.
  2. Wait 60 seconds and return to Nujelm with the remaining corpse items recovered.
  3. Wait for help for up to five minutes; at the end of the wait, return to Nujelm with the remaining corpse items recovered.

Newcomers use the automatic return described in Newcomer and protection.

While the recovery choice or Newcomer countdown is active, the ghost can walk. A ghost within two tiles of a healer can double-click it to request the normal resurrection offer; the healer's range, line of sight, and other conditions still apply.

Without a choice, regular players return automatically after five minutes. PvP deaths allow only a return without corpse items; PvM deaths keep the recovery options above. Creatures do not loot items from corpses.
